WW inn / Tavern

Built: 1700s
Abandoned: late 2000s
Location: South East Pennsylvania
Status: Being Rennovated
Haunted: No

I was able to get permission from the contractors working on the restoration to photograph the house. I will be going back in a few months to get updated photos. Here is the first set taken Nov 2017. This old inn / tavern was listed on the National Registry of Historical Places in 1984. This house was built in two sections. The first section (when looking at the front, the left part from the main door) dates back to the 18th Century. IN 1825, the right part of the house was constructed as an addition. In the late 2000s, the house lacked maintenance. Part of the roof on the original part of the home developed roof leaks which damages some of the structure. Thankfully in the past year, a new owner picked up the house and is having it renovated. There is an old stable structure next to the house which is also being fixed up and will be used as a rental space.
