From a Public Record search, this abandoned colonial house was built arouond 1720. Additions were added onto the house through the years. It use to be a farm house with over 100 acres of land. It is about 3200 Sq Feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was renovated in 1930. The last owner was a landscaper that specialized in nurseries. He used the land as a tree farm. In 2005, the house / land sold as a foreclosure for 116,000 US dollars. The land was divided and a developer bought most of the land building newer luxury homes right behind it.
